Hello Friends,
Thank you for coming to my Reel Page!
Please find below my montage reel! These are some examples of my favorite sequences that I led for various animated motion pictures over the past 24 years that I edited together and please note, I’ve included my resume at the bottom of this page.
Other examples of MY work
And Just Announced!
Golaem Test This is a fun test I was running using the crowd software Golaem. At Blizzard I was entrusted to master the program for use on the cinematics. I constrained a camera to an entity while lobbing canon balls at them and killing the soldier entities upon impact with the canon balls.
The Angry Birds Movie This movie is an example of more “finished” work. I took the opportunity to fill out the incomplete storyboards for this creative end credit dance sequence based on the director’s notes and the mandated constraints of using preexisting sets exclusively. You can view the boards at the end of the video.
Puss in Boots Humpty’s Hut : Examples of my lighting, texturing, first pass blocking, staging, camera and PreVis.
Rise of the Guardians Jamie’s Room : Examples of my first pass on camera and first pass using integrated use of motion capture.
Unreal R&D At Blizzard I took on the responsibility to research and develop Unreal for use in Layout. Here is a fun test I was running using the Sporty Grandma off the Mixamo website and stitched together some of the motion capture to run the dance. I created and lit the environment, and created all the cameras.
The Incredibles Syndrome Tries To Be A Super Hero : Rough Layout, camera, staging and blocking.
The Angry Birds Movie Here is another fun Angry Bird Sequence, the example of a long take.
Monsters Vs. Aliens Susan’s Wedding And Sudden Growth Spurt: First pass Rough Layout camera and blocking.
